You saw Walt Mink live. You had your Hi8 camera with you. Or your super 8 camera. Or you took photos for your college paper, or just for fun. Your tape or film, your prints or negatives, are sitting in a box. In your basement, on the shelf. In your desk drawer. In the garage.
You went to Macalester and have footage or photos from a party. You worked for a radio station and have an audio tape. You recorded a show on your Walkman. You took a Polaroid of the band when they came to your town. They signed the poster you tore off the wall. You were a fan who got a cool letter back.
If you have something in a drawer gathering dust, it may be useful to me, even if you may not think so.
I probably want it, whatever it is. Please email me.
Thanks.
'toast' interviewed waltMink before their last show in minneapolis- i have my notes for the article, some photos that were not published from our interview, and possibly some 8mm. i'm interested in getting the materials to you, and will see you at the all ages show tonight to discuss, if you have a moment. (p.s. i have a check for the goldMountain member [400 foot club], and would also like to record tonight [MD only].)
