Quick overview:
May 15: My last day at Nickelodeon Online.
June: Prepared to leave New York for Los Angeles.
July 11: Departed NY with MK and hit the road. http://www.flickr.com/photos/zsumoz/3902699042/
July 11 - August 1: Drove 5003 miles, hit 14 states (NY, NJ, PA, OH, MI, IL, WI, MN, SD, WY, CO, NM, AZ & CA) & got about 17 people on camera. Shot tons of b-roll on the Bolex, etc.
August 1 - August 16: Couch surfed, shot an interview or two, and conducted an apartment hunt.
August 17: First day of my LA lease. Now living in terracotta sanctuary in LA.
August 18: First night sleeping in my own bed since July 10.
[Two weeks of domestic errands & setting up. IKEA, Kmart, etc.] Arranged the shipment of movie media, all of my earthly possessions, film and photography gear, etc. to LA.
Shipment was delayed 2 weeks. I read several books. Did push-ups and talked to myself.
Everything finally arrived. A week of sorting, organizing & trashing 10-years'-worth of my life ensued. Various materials failed to make it to LA.
September 22: Flew back to NY to deal with the remainder of my storage items, see friends & family, bid [temporary] farewell to NY & Brooklyn and fly back to California with Gladys & Latrell.
October 14: Flew back to California. Epic travel experience.
October 15: G5 tower died.
Currently: Back at it. The remainder of my stuff is en route presently.

* The G5 will be replaced with a new machine dedicated solely to the edit.
* I will be using Vimeo to post excerpts/sequences online.
Hmm... hope the documentary isn't dead? Any updates?
